What Is The Fee For The 28-Day Challenge
Your fee is one-time payment of €79 for registrants between Jan.1st - Jan.10th(space is limited, this program fills up fast) and what's great about the program is if you come at least 3 times a week for the full 4 weeks during January and are not satisfied for whatever reason you can request a full refund within the 28-days.
Who Is The "The 28-Day Challenge" For?
Any fitness level can participate in this program. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs, some have 50 + kilograms to lose.
What If I Have A Rotating Schedule?
We get it, life happens and maybe its more than just your work schedule changing weekly, this is no problem. We have up to 2-6 Group Personal Training a day for you to choose from, EVERYDAY of the week
What Will Be Required Of Me?
During the 28-days you are encouraged to workout 3-4 times a week at our studio for only 30 minutes. (You must complete a minimum of 16 workouts to:

I Don't Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Do The Program?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 5 or 10 kilograms to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment at A New, Better Life Group Personal Training.
What Are The Workouts Like?
We focus on movement quality and lots of activity with little rest. Don't worry the workout is customised to YOUR ability, so it doesn't matter if you've never worked out or your an avid enthusiast; our program is totally scalable and safe for all ability levels.
